Filing a notice
Send the following to legal@marvelgossips.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown":
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on this site.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours. We will notify the relevant contributor and provide a counter-notice opportunity where appropriate.
Repeat infringers
Accounts and contributors who repeatedly infringe will be removed.
